We had really great time at the hotel and would want to stay there again. We have stayed in this quaint venue for 2 nights, everything was great, the location was amazing right near the plaza. The service was first-class, the food was outstanding.

The hotel serves a continental breakfast. Incredible location just next door to the loreto boutique, the touristy activities and train stations, it's very central. Everyone who works in the venue is incredibly nice and accommodating.

The friendly staff!! The ladies went out of their way, and above and beyond, to help us with our every need: they translated for us with new friends, served breakfast on our time needs, organized city and Sacred Valley tours, picked us up at the airport and arranged a taxi for our return, helped us make phone calls, held luggage for us, they even helped us make a few, but very important, emails to our worried families....we loved the location of the hotel, making it safe and simple to explore the town's main square...we loved the historical ambiance! It was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable...
We liked everything!!

Because of the location on the main Plaza their was a lot of street noise on the weekends

Fairly nice stay, no complaints, we strongly recommend. Make sure to get a single room with 2 very good beds and original Incan walls, for example. The staff are very attentive and deserve a 3-star rating. The hotel has the restaurant for the breakfast.

We've stayed here before and loved it. The staff and location are amazing. Our queen room had an individual safe and a flat-screen TV.

Staff is extremely friendly and will make every effort to help you with directions and arrange your tours. Hotel is just a few steps from the main square and close to most attractions. Breakfast is good enough.
Internet is very slow. Currency exchange at check out not the best. Hotel would not charge our card in dollars which would have given us a better rate.

Brand-new rooms, stylish hotel. A huge variety of options, outstanding food. Stylish building and rooms with 2 very good beds. Location so close to central plaza, with a lot of restaurants, cafes, and the money exchange and the central square of cusco. Nearby Papachos - great place to chill out.

Marvellous and amazing location for our visit to a grand cathedral not too far away from the hotel. Consistently courteous staff all over the place. The rooms with original incan walls.

The value for the money was great and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Breakfast offerings could have been better with more variety.

Location was so great, not even 10 second to get to Plaza de Armas. It was expenseve for the room we stayed, but considering this amazing location, we convince ourselves that we bought a location for this value.
